public class RadarView
extends android.view.View

Custom View to render a simple radar chart from a list of RadarHolders.

The colors of the circles, labels, and polygon can be customized using the appropriate methods or XML attributes. The gravity of the RadarView can also be configured programmatically or via XML attribute.

The configurable maximum value is the number of steps from the center to the outermost circle.

When enabled, interactive mode allows the values of the RadarHolders populating the chart to be modified via an attached RadarEditWidget.

setPolygonInteractiveColor

Set the color used for the polygon when the RadarView is in interactive mode.

Parameters:

color - The color hex value

getPolygonInteractiveColor

Get the color used for the polygon when the RadarView is in interactive mode.

Returns:

The color hex value

getMaxValue

public int getMaxValue()

Get the maximum value any RadarHolder in this RadarView can have.

Returns:

The maximum value

setMaxValue

public void setMaxValue(int maxValue)

Set the maximum value any RadarHolder in this RadarView can have.

Parameters:

maxValue - The maximum value

hasData

public boolean hasData()

Does this RadarView have any data?

Returns:

Whether the RadarView has data

getData

public java.util.ArrayList<RadarHolder> getData()

Get the list of RadarHolders currently being rendered in this RadarView.

Returns:

The list of RadarHolders currently being rendered by this RadarView

setData

public void setData(java.util.List<RadarHolder> data)

Set the list of RadarHolders to render in this RadarView.

Parameters:

data - A list of RadarHolders for the RadarView to render

isInteractive

public boolean isInteractive()

Is this RadarView in interactive mode?

Returns:

Whether the RadarView is in interactive mode

setInteractive

public void setInteractive(boolean interactive)

Enable or disable interactive mode.

When interactive mode is enabled, the polygon changes to the color configured for interactive mode and the selected item is highlighted. Interactive mode also enables changing the value of the selected RadarHolder and rotating the RadarView with animation.

The RadarView must have data to enable interactive mode.

Parameters:

interactive - Whether to enable interactive mode

turnCCW

public void turnCCW()

Turn the chart counter-clockwise.

This method selects the next RadarHolder and begins the animation to rotate the RadarView counter-clockwise.

This method has no effect if interactive mode is disabled or if the RadarView is currently animating.

turnCW

public void turnCW()

Turn the chart clockwise.

This method selects the previous RadarHolder and begins the animation to rotate the RadarView clockwise.

This method has no effect if interactive mode is disabled or if the RadarView is currently animating.

turnTo

public void turnTo(int index)

Turn the RadarView to a specific RadarHolder.

Parameters:

index - The array index of the RadarHolder to turn to

getSelectedIndex

public int getSelectedIndex()

Get the index of the currently selected RadarHolder.

Returns:

The array index of the selected RadarHolder

getSelectedName

public java.lang.String getSelectedName()

Get the name of the currently selected RadarHolder.

Returns:

The name of the selected RadarHolder

getSelectedValue

public int getSelectedValue()

Get the value of the currently selected RadarHolder.

Returns:

The value of the currently selected RadarHolder

setSelectedValue

public void setSelectedValue(int value)

Set the value of the currently selected RadarHolder.

Parameters:

value - The value of the currently selected RadarHolder
